Charles V. Card (St. Petersburg, FL) I nominate Mr. Charles V. Card as a true American Patriot. Charles served honorably in the United States Army primarily in Germany. During his service he attained the rank of Sergeant in one of the artillery divisions. I am grateful to Charles and the many others who helped defend our great country and our freedoms.
